The condo features a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor BBQ, & 3rd-floor ocean views. There are 2 bedrooms: the Master for 2, and a 2nd for 1 couple + 2 kids. There is a laundry room with a washer/dryer + small service room for a nanny.
This modern and fully-equipped apartment is perfect for families and remote workers. It is located in a safe and convenient condominium, just a 5-minute walk from the kite point and only 1.3km to the entrance to Paracas National Reserve. The common areas include a large gym and a coworking space, so you can stay productive and active during your stay,.
The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms with hot showers, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a service room with a small bed, making it ideal for families with nanny. The balcony has a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture, and stunning views of the ocean and the desert!
The entire unit is private for guests. There are shared areas outside of the unit, within the condo complex, that form part of Kite Club. These common spaces include a full gym, coworking, 40m lagoon and fresh water pools. They are to be enjoyed at anytime during your stay!
Santo Domingo is the relaxed, sports enthusiast area of Paracas. The center of Paracas is more touristy, but in Santo Domingo, you have easy access to the ocean for kitesurfing and to the nature reserve, la Reserva, for running and biking.
OCCUPANTS. We do not accept more people than the maximum number of guests as stated in the advertisement.
REST HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 11 PM each night until 8:00 AM. If the quiet hours are not respected, the guest could be fined up to $300. Parties and/or social gatherings are also not allowed inside the apartment.
KEYS. In case of losing the key or remote control, an additional charge of 30 USD will be applied.
GUEST IDENTIFICATION. For security reasons, the guest agrees to provide a copy of his/her ID (ID, CE or Passport) to the host prior to arrival. This is necessary to verify the guest's identity and ensure the safety of all parties involved.
PETS. The guest is allowed up to 2 pets in the apartment. In case of encountering a higher number of guests than previously authorized, the host may immediately interrupt the stay. The guest acknowledges full responsibility for any damage caused by his/her pet during the stay and must ensure that his/her pet is leashed at all times when outside the apartment in the common areas. In addition, the guest is obligated to immediately clean up their pet's droppings to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the private and shared spaces. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, the lagoon or the gym.
SMOKING POLICY Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments. The host may charge a fine of up to $100 to guests for not respecting the smoking policy.
KITE CLUB COMMON AREAS. Guests have access to the fitness center and coworking offices for the duration of their stay. It is essential that all equipment and belongings are returned to their original positions after use. The host assumes no responsibility for any injuries sustained in the gym or any other area of the facilities. In the event that the guest leaves the common areas in an untidy condition, a cleaning fee of up to $50 may be charged.
POOL AND LAGOON ACCESS Guest may enjoy the pool and lagoon during their stay. The pool and lagoon are open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm daily. For your safety and the safety of other guests, we kindly ask you to respect the established schedule. Swimming Notice: There is no supervision in the lagoon and pools. Guests swim at their own risk, and the host assumes no responsibility for any accidents, injuries or losses that may occur while using the pool and lagoon or its surroundings. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to exercise caution and follow proper safety practices while swimming.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. The guest agrees to keep the property in good condition, clean and ready to be rented, and to use it only in a careful and lawful manner. The guest agrees to be responsible for any additional costs for extra cleaning or damages caused by the guest or any of the members of the reservation.
GARBAGE. Guests must dispose of all waste generated during their stay.
DRYING CLOTHES. It is forbidden to hang clothes on the balcony or in the windows of the apartment. In consideration of the other guests of the condominium, we request that all laundry be dried inside the apartment, where it will not be visible to others.
BAMBOO DOOR: The bamboo door must be opened and closed with the remote control. Guests are strictly prohibited from attempting to open the door manually, as it may be damaged. The guest will be responsible for any damage caused to the door due to improper use or attempted manual opening (pushing).
LIABILITY OF THE HOST. Guest and any of Guest's guests indemnify and hold Host harmless against any claims for personal injury or property damage or loss arising out of the use of the apartment, regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guest expressly acknowledges that any insurance for property damage or loss that Host may maintain on the property does not cover Guest's personal property and that Guest must purchase its own insurance for its guests if such coverage is desired.
