The apartment is very modern, built in 2021 and comes with full amenities. It is specially designed for nomads, sports enthusiasts, couples and families. Our community has many kite surfers and sports enthusiasts that live here. The space is very close to the entrance to the Paracas National Park, also known as Paracas National Reserve (La Reserva Nacional de Paracas). You can leave from the door of the apartment and be at the entrance of the National Park in 1.3km, and enjoy a morning run or bike ride exploring the reserve. Then you can go for a swim in the lagoon and enjoy the common areas of the space. This unit is on the third floor, and so has some of the best views of the ocean in the building. You can see the kite surfers from the balcony. High-end, hand-made furniture. The owner asks to please take care of the home.
Something special about this unit is that there are no bunk beds high up, so all the bedrooms are designed to be spacious and comfortable. In the second bedroom, we have two single extra long and wide beds (2m x 1m) that can be separated or we can put them together with a uniting system that makes them feel as if they were 1 single king. Guests can decide which set up better suits their needs!
From April 15, 2024, to April 15, 2025, there will be a construction project taking place within the condominium. While there may be some noise during business hours, all common areas will remain fully accessible. To thank you for your patience, we are offering a special discounted rate during this period. We appreciate your understanding!
OCCUPANTS. We do not accept more people than the maximum number of guests as stated in the advertisement.
REST HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 11 PM each night until 8:00 AM. If the quiet hours are not respected, the guest could be fined up to $300. Parties and/or social gatherings are also not allowed inside the apartment.
KEYS. In case of losing the key or remote control, an additional charge of 30 USD will be applied.
GUEST IDENTIFICATION. For security reasons, the guest agrees to provide a copy of his/her ID (ID, CE or Passport) to the host prior to arrival. This is necessary to verify the guest's identity and ensure the safety of all parties involved.
PETS. The guest is allowed up to 2 pets in the apartment. In case of encountering a higher number of guests than previously authorized, the host may immediately interrupt the stay. The guest acknowledges full responsibility for any damage caused by his/her pet during the stay and must ensure that his/her pet is leashed at all times when outside the apartment in the common areas. In addition, the guest is obligated to immediately clean up their pet's droppings to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the private and shared spaces. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, the lagoon or the gym.
SMOKING POLICY Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments. The host may charge a fine of up to $100 to guests for not respecting the smoking policy.
KITE CLUB COMMON AREAS. Guests have access to the fitness center and coworking offices for the duration of their stay. It is essential that all equipment and belongings are returned to their original positions after use. The host assumes no responsibility for any injuries sustained in the gym or any other area of the facilities. In the event that the guest leaves the common areas in an untidy condition, a cleaning fee of up to $50 may be charged.
POOL AND LAGOON ACCESS Guest may enjoy the pool and lagoon during their stay. The pool and lagoon are open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm daily. For your safety and the safety of other guests, we kindly ask you to respect the established schedule. Swimming Notice: There is no supervision in the lagoon and pools. Guests swim at their own risk, and the host assumes no responsibility for any accidents, injuries or losses that may occur while using the pool and lagoon or its surroundings. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to exercise caution and follow proper safety practices while swimming.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. The guest agrees to keep the property in good condition, clean and ready to be rented, and to use it only in a careful and lawful manner. The guest agrees to be responsible for any additional costs for extra cleaning or damages caused by the guest or any of the members of the reservation.
GARBAGE. Guests must dispose of all waste generated during their stay.
DRYING CLOTHES. It is forbidden to hang clothes on the balcony or in the windows of the apartment. In consideration of the other guests of the condominium, we request that all laundry be dried inside the apartment, where it will not be visible to others.
BAMBOO DOOR: The bamboo door must be opened and closed with the remote control. Guests are strictly prohibited from attempting to open the door manually, as it may be damaged. The guest will be responsible for any damage caused to the door due to improper use or attempted manual opening (pushing).
LIABILITY OF THE HOST. Guest and any of Guest's guests indemnify and hold Host harmless against any claims for personal injury or property damage or loss arising out of the use of the apartment, regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guest expressly acknowledges that any insurance for property damage or loss that Host may maintain on the property does not cover Guest's personal property and that Guest must purchase its own insurance for its guests if such coverage is desired.
