"Bungalow had incredible views - the lagoon was breathtaking. Loved being able to snorkel off our deck. Really enjoyed the creperie and watching sting rays and black tip sharks swimming below us as we dined! The rooms were clean and very nice. The exteriors of the bungalows are quite worn and need a refresh but it didn't affect our stay. "

"The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Ari at the front desk was great, and helped us upgrade our room to the best available (at a higher price, which was fine). The BBQ night (Wednesdays) at the restaurant was awesome. I would highly recommend anyone staying on Tahiti to consider Te Moana. It has a good price to quality ratio. And the infinity pool is wonderful. You will not be disappointed."

"I was a last minute check-in, which was a little problematic, as they had sorry of closed for the evening. I was told that this is their not busy season, but I would still expect an establishment such as that to be open past six. Minor issue with the windows, where I had to close them from outside to avoid mosquitoes. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the property is absolutely gorgeous. If not for those inconveniences I mentioned, I would have given them 5 stars across the board. "

"This place is really special. Has to be the best kept secret on the island. Why would anyone pay 2-3 times more for the Hilton or Sofitel, when this brand new hotel has much newer and better accommodations? The rooms are contemporary, but still maintain a Tahitian vibe Loved having the AC for sleeping, and being able to access Netflix and other streaming services on the TV was a nice feature.
