" I sent a VRBO message 6 days before our reservation date, asking what time for check in, also asking to perhaps leave our bags early if possible. No reply. Property management sent an automated email four days later saying check in was at 2, with a poignant message stating we would be charged if we showed up any later our check in time, and to communicate with the check in person.
