Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. Beautiful hotel in a good location.

"Stunning hotel in a good location right by the metro and only ten mins from central Rotterdam. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were excellent. We were upgraded to a four person from (suite) which was beautiful and large and with excellent water views. The restaurant and bar was superb. Highly recommend and will visit again!"

"We only stayed for 2 nights, but would have stayed longer if we could. Staff were very friendly and we were able to checkin a little early with no issue. The room we had was great. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the whole setup. Everything was very intentional. Location was an easy walk to everything. Would gladly stay again."
