" paid £410 for a 2 night stay. Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures. "Efficient airport area hotel for reasonable price. Shuttle bus to Schiphol fairly regularly. Bus depot across street with frequent busses to city and museum area ( ~ 35 min trip) quiet yet pretty busy. Have stayed there twice. Most recent stay was marred by no heating in room staff gave us a portable fan heater which worked to a degree - we didn’t want to wait around in our last day for a room replacement so had a second night with it. . Would still stay ther again if transiting Schiphol...
