"Super well stocked off grid cabin, overlooking a valley. Hammocks and bbq on deck with lots of cooking supplies. Cabin is beautifully decorated with books and games. Trails down to the river and a beautiful look out spot! Sunset - gorgeous! Really loved it! Host warm and friendly and has a home close by. One of my favorite stays on the South Island! "

"This property is NOT currently in service - it is still under construction - it has no power, no sewage - its is not currently finished, has no formal infrastructure, and does not have a permit to operate from the local council. This venue is NOT supposed to be taking bookings. The owner of the property (not the provider) was immensely helpful and embarrassed by this event occurring. Unable to stay at the venue - address incorrect, and buildings under construction - had to find alternative...

"Neat and tidy accommodation close to a fabulous restaurant. Friendly reception who guided us to our room and gave us tips on dining and sight seeing. Good range of TV options. Patio in garden area direct access from room. Easy parking. Quick check in. Cooking facilities in room. Comfy chairs. Mattress too soft for our liking, edge of bed dropped away at the sides. No Shampoo, Conditioner nor body lotions, just hand wash/gel at sink and in shower cubicle. Very clean, no real complaints."

"We had a great 4 night stay at Westie and it's location is perfect for Greymouth plus the areas of the upper west coast area. just 5 mins drive to Greymouth Westie is a Just right for a relaxing stay with cleanly presented and lovely layout inside, nice efficient logburner with plenty of wood supplied keeping the inside of Westie lovely & warm. "The unit I stayed in was really clean and tidy. Unit was nicely decorated, felt fresh. Good furnishings and fittings. Comfortable bed. Quiet room, didn’t notice outside noise. Nice bathroom and great water pressure in shower. Under cover parking at the front door a bonus. Hosts were friendly, had good information about local attractions."

"We had a great 4 night stay at Westie and it's location is perfect for Greymouth plus the areas of the upper west coast area. just 5 mins drive to Greymouth Westie is a Just right for a relaxing stay with cleanly presented and lovely layout inside, nice efficient logburner with plenty of wood supplied keeping the inside of Westie lovely & warm.
