"Rented for four nights before our Cruise of South Pacific. The rental is exactly as described. We enjoyed the pool and ate at several restaurants nearby and the local food truck for breakfast. These were within walking distance. "The studio is conveniently located near Papeete Market with 7 to 8 minutes walking distance. Tepu was very nice and offered airport pick up for 2000 XPF and drop-off at Papeete Ferry Terminal for 1000 XPF. We also rented their car for a day for 5000 XPF. Check-in was at a different location then Tepu dropped us off at the studio which was about 5 minutes drive. The studio has a kitchen and washer which are very useful. There are two beds for our family of 4. The sofa bed was not comfortable...

"Nice condo, easy to get to, secure parking. Great for our short 4 night stay. Hosts went above and beyond met us at the airport at 10pm on sunday night so we could follow them to the condo. Gave us a good tour of the place.For checkout met me at the airport when i returned my rent a car. Then gave me a ride to my cruise ship. All in all nice stay very nice hosts. Excellent suggestions from them Moana Te for sunset cocktails and Blue Banana for dinner "

"Overall, it was an ok property. It was difficult to find even with the instructions and VERY dark apartment complex/neighborhood at night. Some of the blankets smelled off, but used to washer to refresh them. Roosters have overrun the neighborhood and crow all hours of the night. It made sleeping rough at times. It was convenient walk to Pape’ete markets though!"

"It was perfect for us.With no car. And exactly as described and pictured. Studio with nice view good location between Papette the airport near the Hilton and small mall with grocery. Owner very responsive and comprehensive info. Pool a nice bonus to cool off. Steep hill but easy walk to town or store."

"David was very kind and helpful! The property was great. Loved the pool. No a/c but able to open windows and get a decent cross breeze. About 25 minutes from the airport and in the country side. Very peaceful and calm setting. Would recommend renting a vehicle to get back and forth as taxi is about 4000xpf or $40 per way. Had a great 2 days in this setting! Thank you, David! "

"It was just as described in the heart of Papeete. So convenient to the market, town, historical sites and we loved the Shell station and convenient store that was a life safer for snacks, ice, basic groceries and the delicious French bread we enjoyed daily. After we adjusted to the area we were very happy with the choice and value. We were 1/2 block from the Tahiti Nui Hotel. Communication and instructions were great especially considering it was our first trip to Tahiti. Thank you so much."

"Superb accommodations! My host Kenny was fabulous and was in constant contact with me. The accommodations were in a great part of the city, very walkable with a grocery store right around the corner. The apartment was clean with excellent wifi and a beautiful terrace.
