"This is THE best choice for a quick overnight at UIO! Less than 10 minutes away, includes 1 airport shuttle(*please be aware the second shuttle does cost $15, so add that in, still far and away the best value for UIO!). They actually have a person waiting with a paper with your name, super easy. Hotel has HOT water, awesome showers!!! Has a restaurant on site. Includes FULL complimentary breakfast! Rooms are small but very clean. Beds are warm and comfy. Staff is excellent and very responsive and helpful! I won't be staying anywhere else when I need a room for UIO! "

"This was my second trip to Papallacta and it was worth a return trip. Staff were friendly and helpful. From remembering the lactose intolerant person in our group (bringing a small pitcher of hot chocolate made with almond milk twice) to remembering the kids’ names to helping our teen when he was locked out of our room, Orlando was perfection. Be sure to relax with a massage after taking a hike in the stunning mountains. "
