"There is nothing negative about this hotel, the staff were unbelievable even willing to get bus times, train times nothing was a problem, the breakfast catered for everyone and the room, well, beyond clean it was spotless, the pool an added bonus and also spotless. "Such a lovely place, the breakfast is amazing. The host was super friendly even though we arrived late. She stayed up and accommodated us at the last minute, made us feel welcome. Rooms are comfortable. WiFi works great. It's a 15 minute drive from the Treviso airport, parking is easy, and the place is off the main road so very quiet and peaceful. "

"The bed was very comfortable and clean. The room smaller than expected, but it was fine. We liked the service at the reception, they were all polite and answer our questions. Luca was particularly helpful and polite and offered dining suggestions, patiently explaining where to go park in Treviso and walk around the pretty town or where to park the car to take the train to Venice. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area."

"I loved this B&B. I come to this region every year for a trade show and this is by far the best accommodation I've found. It's located in a rural and peaceful area of the countryside. "For a travelling family of 4 this was perfect for a stop off place to see Venice. Clean room, location perfect for the airport and for restaurants. Staff at the property were extremely helpful in showing us how to get to Venice from the location. Directions to nearby parking and then on the bus route 5 to take us into Venice itself were superb. Bus tickets purchased in the Tobacco shop opposite was very easy to obtain, owner spoke extremely good English and was very helpful. Hotel has two restaurants opposite, both extremely good with food options. If I had to give a disadvantage of this place it would just be that it doesn’t have a breakfast option. There is a nearby bakery but breakfast would’ve been a bonus. Would definitely recommended and stay again "

"Two min walk from the rialto bridge and opposite the boat stops to and from the airport. Short 15 minute walk to st marks square lots of places to eat and drink in the area the property is a little tired and small (cosy) but its clean with a lovely breakfast and great staff very very friendly and helpful we came December 2023 and loved it so we booked here again for this latest trip and when we come to visit venice again we will stay here we love its location and staff."

"A great budget-friendly hostel with all the basic amenities and effective heating in the room. The reception area was spacious with plenty of seating and a nice, welcoming atmosphere. The location is ideal for travellers, with bus and train stops nearby. However, there was a small issue with some mould in the washroom, which could be addressed. Overall, a good value for the price!"
