"As other reviews noted this is very private and feels like you're in the middle of a jungle, yet is very close to attractions, food and other services. I would not recommend arriving at night as even with great instructions, it's a challenge to navigate in the dark. Two couples enjoyed this setting of private sleeping cottages and a shared open kitchen. It was a great base for golf, snorkeling, a Luau, coffee plantation tour and west coast exploring. We weren't aware of a new gate code but...

Private, ocean front home with private pool, Amazing place!

The only place to stay on the Big island

"This is my second stay at this property, I love the property. If you want to be in the middle of the action this is not the place if you want to lay back and enjoy the island this, is it. 1 hour away from VNP and an hour from Kona if you need to go into town, close enough to Hilo for a day trip as well. The small pool and view cannot be beat to complete the deal. The house is great, the bedding is nice, plenty of towels, kitchen is very well stocked. I cook most of our meals. Yoga mats everything you need for day beach trips. It's the perfect place to relax and recharge. "

RELAXING, Away-from-it-All home on the water with small Natural Pool

Amazing

"We loved every minute in this beautiful home. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We did not spend a whole lot of time hanging out inside the house because the lanai was to die for. Beautiful views and amazing sunsets! Nice breezes to keep you comfortable. Our group loved this home and would return in a heartbeat. Mahalo!!!"

Quiet and Relaxing

"A nice location away from the hustle and bustle of Kona but within reach of Captain Cook and Volcanoe / Hilo areas. We enjoyed our short stay chilling on the deck and exploring the farm with short drives to 2 step snorkelling and coffee farms and cafes. Nice place to return after a long day of exploring. "
