"liked nothing about the hotel. front desk service is very aggressive and threatening to " will get you out of hotel" for complaining about their service. very uncomfortable attitude. very inconvenient to get to your room . AC mediocre, bathrooms horrible. food and restaurant staff were ok . most people we met in crete ( except for people at front desk) were pretty nice. no reason to stay there , plenty of other good hotels around "

Nous avons été informés de cette annulation par Abritel, sans même un mot d’excuse du propriétaire. Il était 18h30 et il nous a fallu trouver d’urgence une autre solution d’hébergement. "My husband & I and two other couples stayed at Penelope Home for 5 nights. The home is located about halfway between the 2 airports on Crete. (About an hour each direction) We liked the central location and enjoyed hikes, caves, the beach and other activities. The suggestions for restaurants and bakeries by our host were spot on. The host also handled our transfers which was very much appreciated."
