"This hotel is beautiful. Very friendly staff. Great complimentary breakfast. It's a short bus ride away (1 yuan, currently about USD .15) from the old city shopping districts which boast modern, and western style cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping. Overall this hotel is awesome for the price, the rooms are huge, the staff is friendly, and its location is extremely convenient. "The hotel was about a 15 minute walk from two different subway lines and the main shopping area of the city. Getting from the airport was simple with a subway line direct from the airport to the city center. The hotel was clean with an ample selection of foods at their breakfast buffet. They tried with service but if you don’t speak Chinese it’s hard. "

Their contention was that it was an advertisement by a third party, i.e. Hotel.com was not authorized to offer free airport shuttle in its offer.
