"Staff were unattentive ,need training for service protocol, had to literally get up for everything, never asked us if we needed anything,i.e food drinks,tried to book a ferry to bohol and they waited to long for response,,ended up not getting on ,i had to pay more to go to next port,,they in turn said it was the ports fault!!! If you are a lite sleeper bring ear plugs,lots and lots of dogs barking all nite,still enjoyed our stay,nice room ,nice ocean side hotel"

"I liked that the property was only a short ride to Alona beach. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a nice kitchen. The pool is open 24 hrs and only shared with 4 other units. They’re dishonest And the area is some distance from the commercial area and they air-conditioning took four hours to cool off the room and the Wi-Fi was not working the first day had to change to a different after complaining "
