"Location is best thing here. Friendly staff went out of their way help getting us to and from airport. Sort of strange that there is a kettle and cups in room but not coffee or tea. Guess you have to bring your own. You can buy a cup from them for €1.50. "

"This was a last minute reservation and we checked in well past the reception hours. The staff was very helpful in getting us in the room and were available to call 24/7 for help. The room was clean and the hotel is in the perfect location for walking the Belgrade city center. One star off for the blow dryer that was not functional (and we felt bad calling the staff after reception hours) and the heating was confusing. "No hot water! Never saw staff on site until I left on Friday morning. Staff did not understand any english. Immediate area was creepy and industrial. Wifi was acceptable. Strange room / had a metal stair case between 2 small areas. NO HOT WATER!!!!!!!!!!! "

"Veneti Suites accommodated our family for a one night stay when other hotel rooms wouldn’t allow the space needed. It was close to where we needed to be for several events. Our daughter met the front desk agent and said she was very helpful. Thank you for the beautiful space for our short stay in Belgrade."

"Eveything was amazing apart from the lady that runs the apartments, she was chasing me around from the fist day to pay some taxes that were over $100 for a 4 night stay, which wasnt even the issue, it was her rude attitude, telling me that people run away, and how its happened in Belgrade before, so i was getting treated exactly like that from day one, and as i was on holidays my priority wasn't Ivana, and paying taxes ( that i wasnt even aware of in the first place) i was trying to enjoy some...

"This is a good value motel on the main road into Belgrade. The motel is probably the best thing in the neighbourhood. My room was a good size with hood wifi. The shower did not have a bracket for the shower head snd so you needed one hand to hold it when showering. The evening meal and breakfast were very good."
