Located on the coveted west end of Panama City Beach, the condo is just a short walk across the street from a private beach access area. For some on-site leisure, choose from one of the four large pools, or head to the children's pool with your younger guests. Challenge your guests to a few rounds of mini golf, a friendly tennis match, or a game of hoops on the basketball court. The clubhouse features an exercise room and pool tables. This fantastic location is just over a mile from bustling Pier Park, which offers amusement park rides, restaurants, shopping, and an Imax movie theater. Frank Brown Park, a premier 200-acre facility hosting numerous sports and events, is also just down the road.

Bright, beachy themes abound inside the condo, with updated furnishings and modern essentials provided for complete home comfort. The full kitchen is equipped to handle home cooking and the. living room smart TV is ready to stream all your favorite shows or movies. The private balcony offers a breezy perch overlooking the palm trees dotting the property. Perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    Awesome beach condo
    The view of balcony is amazing, and a 3 minute walk to a private beach. Plenty of swimming pools around to change the scenery. We really enjoyed our stay here.

    We were stuck outside of our u it for hours due to the key code not working and no one could help us on the phone. No one knew what to do. A loc smith finally came and broke us in and the key code wouldn’t work the entire stay so we had to leave the door open. The ac wouldn’t work properly. The toilet ran the entire time and the pools were closed the entire time but we could not get our money back on over $100 worth of arm bands

    Hope you have a better time then we did
    I'm going to say this as nice as I know how, the add says sleeps eight and we took 7 people with us and the add says queen pull out bed but there was no couch bed so that left 3 people with us with no bed. Next the dead bolt was broke and the chain lock was just stuck up there, and last our code never worked once we got there we had to wait at the gate for someone to let us in every time until another guest let us use their code. I sent multiple messages asking for assistance and never once did anyone come to fix either of the issues. They didn't even give us another code which code have been done over the phone. I hate leaving bad reviews but we had my dad and stepmom who is near 70 with health issues sitting at the gate because it wouldn't open. The place wasn't dirty had well stock of towels so if only they had tried to address the issues at all that we where having I would have left an awesome review. I've never been anywhere that lacked concern for their guest in this way. Also if your hoping to swim in the pool behind the condo after 7:30 pm you can't they close it early that's another issue we had. Sorry for the crap review but it's totally the truth of our experience.

    Girls trip!!
    Overall great place to stay, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of towels. The condo was clean but could use a fresh coat of paint. When we got there the code that was given to us didn’t work and we had to get a new code. After we got settled we left to go to the beach and when we came back there was 3 men in the condo which was very unsettling considering all of our stuff was in there, a heads up would have been greatly appreciated. Overall great experience, would definitely stay here again.
