EMERALD COAST LUXURY WITH BREATH TAKING GULF VIEWS. This home was designed for comfort and enjoyment of a large group or family. Centrally located near Seagrove, Watersound, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach in the quiet gated community of Pelican Pointe at Camp Creek, you can easily entertain a group in the open concept living area large enough for everyone to gather together. The kitchen includes a large island that seats 8-10, 2 stainless steel refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and a 36'' gas range. Located second row back from the Gulf of Mexico beach with expansive Gulf views, the residence is perfectly designed to be sure your guests will experience the ultimate beach vacation - the exterior features a spacious outdoor area with plenty of seating, a private heated salt water pool and barbecue grill. There is parking for up to six vehicles with no room for RVs or trailers. See the view of the Gulf from four of the spacious bedroom suites. If you just want to sit back and enjoy the view, you will have gorgeous views of the emerald waters of the Gulf from two balconies that run the length of the home. When it's time for a break from the sun, use one of the home's two large entertainment rooms to watch a movie, play a game of pool, foosball, ping pong, or just hang out on one of the home's shaded porch or balconies. When you're ready to escape to the beach, you are 280 steps (three minutes) from beach access to the Gulf's sugar-white sands.

Wonderful memories made at this lovely home
Our entire extended family - our 3 boys with their wives and 9 grandchildren enjoyed a wonderful week at Seacrest. I especially loved the multiple decks with the views of the ocean. This home was so well equipped with everything we would need from every kitchen utensil to bikes, chairs and umbrellas. The location was perfect.

What an amazing place for family and friends!
We had a small wedding weekend here with family and friends, and the property could not have been more perfect. I’ve never been to a rental property that was so well stocked with anything someone could need for recreation, cooking, and everything else. We would all sit on the porches with coffee in the morning, looking out over the water and talking and laughing. The walk to the gorgeous beach is just a few minutes. We can’t wait to go back again!

Excellent property for a large group and perfect location.
This is one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. We had a group of 14 (7 adults & 7 teenagers/children) and we had plenty of space. The house is beautiful, well maintained and impeccably decorated. The owner checked in with me on day 1 to make sure everything was to our liking. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and look forward to returning in the future.

This house is amazing! All 15 of us were very comfortable and it is incredibly well stocked. We had never seen a house accommodate kids and babies so well! Close to the beach and a beautiful pool at the house- perfect combination! We took full advantage of the multiple refrigerators, dishwashers and washer/dryer sets. The kids loved the game rooms as well. We had a great week staying here!

Perfect vacation home
We highly recommend this house for your next vacation to the beach. It had everything you could need. The location was quiet. The kitchen fully stocked with food preparation equipment and dishes. A tv for everyone. Very comfortable beds for everyone. Lots of games to play and equipment to use. And to top it off very clean. We had one lock problem on the door and the caretaker arrived promptly and fixed it. A very nice house for our family to enjoy.

Nice spacious home. Plenty of room for everyone to be together or to have privacy. All the beach chairs/umbrellas/ beach toys etc were great to have available. Sue was a wonderful hostess- easy to contact & quick response if we needed anything!

Seek rest by the sea
We stayed at this property Memorial Day week. The house had great reviews and was even better than expected. The property owners have everything you want and more from fully stocked kitchen to multiple beach wagons, bikes, pool table, air hockey, etc. my children and grandchildren from ages 5-17 all had a great time. Only sad because they were already booked for next year.

Great stay
This was a great property! Others have posted this, but it truly was the best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed at. Our family of 16 had more than enough space. We loved the pool area, and the kids were in the pool every day. Kathy was very responsive to my questions and was great to work with. We took advantage of the board games, puzzles, pool table and ping pong tables, which all provided us a lot of laughs and entertainment!! The beach is just a short walk away and was never crowded. I also loved the house is on the south side of 30A so we didn’t have to try and cross the road to get to anything. The house is also a 15 minute walk to the Big Chill. I would definitely recommend this property and we will be back!

Perfect for Large Groups even if it rains!
Our group of 16 (8 adults, 8 kids ages 5-11) had a fantastic time at Kathy’s home even despite some rainy days! There is plenty of space, tons of board games to play, everything in the rec rooms were as pictured, and lots of pool toys that kept us all entertained! The house is very well stocked with dishes, storage containers, pots and pans, cleaning supplies, spices, etc in the kitchen. Beach gear was plentiful with tons of chairs, beach towels, sand toys, etc. Kathy was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating! We would be thrilled to stay at this amazing spot again!

Amazing Week! Beautiful House! Stunning Beach!
Our stay at Seek Rest was one for the books! Four families came together with 8 adults and 10 children ages 2-11. We had tons of room to spread out. The house was incredibly well equipped- all baby supplies, games, beach toys, beach chairs, and kitchen necessities (three refrigerators and an ice maker). The kids loved the two game rooms and pool while the adults loved both back porches. The private beach was gorgeous and a short walk. Location was perfect-within minutes (bike or golf cart ride) to everything! We will be back. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home.

Your home had everything we needed and more. When we had no outdoor power, extension cords arrived. By the time they arrived thee outlets dried out and started to work. We left the extension cords under the downstairs under the sink. Thank you for sharing your home.

The Best
Our group was four families with children ages 4-15 and a total of 17 people. The house was easily large enough for all of us to never feel cramped. Everything about the house itself is basically perfect: very well equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, well-maintained everything, tasteful design. The only way it could have been better is if access to the beach was more direct, as it required a walk down the street (no sidewalks) and traversing the dunes via ~50 wooden stairs. If anyone in your party struggles with stairs or otherwise needs accessible beach access, this could be the only negative to the property. That aside, the cleaning crew, property manager, and owners (we spoke to all of them at least once!) were super welcoming and warm. We would 100% stay here again.

Best place ever
We had a wonderful stay at Seacrest. We loved everything about this rental; the proximity to the beach, the pool, how clean it was, how well appointed the furnishings. It had everything we needed and then some. Our group included grandchildren (13 years to 9 months). The security gates were a nice touch. The home appeared to have no roof/window water leaks thus no discernible mold or mildew. (You may be surprised but two of our rentals recently had toxic mold issues!) Your manager was responsive and the pool issues were resolved quickly. ALL appliances actually worked!! Plenty of pool and beach stuff for everyone to use. This home has plenty of room for a large family. Finally, more than half of our multiple family trips to this area had homes with furniture slip covers that, frankly, were so stained (and gross) that it felt like Motel 6.Your management apparently do wash furniture covers regularly….thank you. We look forward to a return trip to your home.

Wonderful Reunion Setting
Seek Rest by the Sea is a beautiful home, generously furnished with every supply and amenity we could want. My wife and I, four adult children and their kids (three generations) totaled 18. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute. This was our first reunion of my entire family in 4 years, and we couldn't ask for a better setting. None of us had ever been to this area before. Kids loved the bunk rooms and the big upstairs rec room. Rosemary Beach is a 4-minute walk. The sands are beautifully white and soft. During Thanksgiving week the weather was mostly good (60s-70s, not much rain), and there were few people on the beach, so we could have it all to ourselves! We used the bikes, beach chairs, and toys. And the POOL, which we asked to be heated, got more use than I expected. The children used it every day, and some adults did too. Even when the temps were in the 50s or 60s, it felt great in the pool. We loved the peaceful vibe of the town. Later, my wife and I went to Destin, which has its appeal too, but it's much more commercial and noisy than Rosemary Beach. Since our goal was quality family time, rather than outings, we stayed at the house and beach, ventured out only to get food and ride bikes. The kitchen and laundry facilities are ample and served our family well. There were a few maintenance items that we dealt with, and our hosts and their staff were prompt to respond to all our questions and requests. We'd be happy to return someday!

OUTSTANDING PROPERTY
Our extended family, 6 adults and 6 children ages 6-14, had a MARVELOUS vacation at this residence. The semi private beach is only a short walk away with easy access. The facility provides everything that is needed for a fun beach outing, including beach chairs and umbrellas, sand buckets and shovels, fish nets, boogie boards, and wagons to haul everything to the beach. The house itself is very spacious and well stocked with amenities including beach towels and items for the pool. There is plenty of silverware, plates, cups and glasses along with 2 dishwashers. Everyone enjoyed the downstairs game room playing ping pong, air hockey, and foosball The view of the ocean from the verandas was outstanding and each level had enough furniture to serve as a gathering spot for our sunset happy hours. Communication with the owner was excellent providing a prompt response to any of our inquiries. The owner even reached out to us unsolicited in the middle of our stay to insure that all of our expectations were being fulfilled and handle any additional questions that we might have had. Having 3 separate refrigerators was a definite plus considering the age range of our children. Plenty of room at the rear of the residence for parking. The Big Chill food area, with several food venues and an ice cream shop, is within walking distance. We would highly recommend this property and it is unfortunate that it is already booked for the time frame of our next year’s vacation in the area

Amazing house and perfect location!
We've been staying on 30A for the past 15 years, and this house is by far the best one we've found. It has everything you'd want in a vacation home for large families/groups. We had plenty of room for the 23 people who stayed with us...space for everyone to spread out comfortably, even if they wanted peace and quiet (which is sometimes hard to find with our big family. Haha!) The pool and patio on first floor was ideal since the younger kids could swim while the adults grilled and lounged. The garage space turned gaming room was perfect for the teenagers who wanted to do their own thing. And the house has 3 refrigerators(!); plenty of seating for eating, watching tv, having conversations, etc.; and various patios and balconies to enjoy the weather and beautiful scenery (especially the third floor with its clear view of the ocean). One of the things we really enjoyed, and took advantage of, was the abundant beach toys/chairs/umbrellas/volleyball net available for your use. No reason to use a beach chair service since everything you need is right there in the house. It was very convenient. And the private beach you get to use is beyond ideal! I highly recommend this house for any large family/group. The decor is beautiful, the amenities are excellent, the location is perfect (away from the busiest parts of 30A), and Sue Portanova (owner) is easy to work with, super accommodating, and quick to respond. We'll definitely stay here again!

First Family Vacation together! Hidden Gem!
Everything is laid out perfectly! Bedrooms were a perfect fit, each family had a private master suite; with trundle and crib for the littles! The cousins loved sharing the bunk rooms! Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were! We enjoyed the 3rd floor Master, we slept with the sliding door open listening to the sounds of the waves. The game rooms were a hit for all! We had the pool heated, best investment, even I got in the pool! The kids swam daily except during the storms. We sat around the pool on days with heavy winds, the fence around the pool blocks it well. There are plenty of life vests, goggles, baby float and pool toys! We enjoyed s’mores by the fire a bonus for all. I love to bake with the kids, everything I needed from kitchen aid mixer to a rolling pin was available. We played Uno with our grands and Mexican Train with our adult kids. (Left these for future guests) Beach access was close, used carts for chairs and beach toys(which are plentiful) Quiet beautiful beach with emerald green water and sand is like powder sugar! Plenty of beach towels. Living room was spacious to hangout as a family; dining room and the bar counter sat our family comfortably. Our Daughter in loves said they never felt on top of each other! Small gated community right on the 30A between Alys Beach and Seacrest. Owner and Property Manager responsive within minutes, had an issue and it was addressed and fixed immediately. Book this home it’s a Quiet Hidden Gem!

Beautiful and spacious
8 adults and 8 kids spent a week in this lovely house making memories and we had a wonderful time. There are so many well thought out additions: ice maker in the garage, two refrigerators and two dishwashers, ample room for games, relaxing, and plenty of laughs. We loved it!

Happy Repeat Vacationers
This was our second year staying at this property. It is a great size for our extended family and has everything you might need. The beds are very comfortable, everything you could need in the kitchen, plenty of what you would want to have at the pool and beach, a short walk to an uncrowded beach. We are planning on flying instead of driving next year because this house has everything. Kathy and Dirk are great hosts!

King Vacation Home
We are a family of 18, parents, 5 kids, 3 spouses and 8 grandchildren. The house was more than perfect. Each family had their own king room and bath. The older grands enjoyed the queen bunk beds with their cousins. We cooked meals and what we forgot to bring was already there for us to use. We have never found a house so stocked. We have 3 grands under 2 and gates on stairs was much appreciated along with other baby products available. The beach towels, wagons, chairs, umbrellas and toys for the beach were a bonus. Loved using the bikes. Thank you for the wonderful week!!!
