Perfect Family House

This place is incredible. They upgraded the pool and we couldn't get the kids out! The location, layout of the house, and the amazing deck all combine for a perfect family vacation. We will be sure to return next year for our third straight year! We never needed to contact the host. That is my definition of a perfect host. Everything was handled perfectly!

Home was just as advertised. Outstanding location on the quiet east end and across the street from the beach. house had everything we needed for a memorable vacation. Pool and game room were a big plus. Will stay their again.

This house was perfect for my boyfriend and I and our teenagers! The pool was amazing and we were only steps to the beach! Dave was great. We will definitely stay here again!

Family Fall Getaway

This home was perfect with plenty of room for the 8 adults in our party. Heated pool was great for this time of year! The large covered deck was amazing to watch the sunrise and sunset. With the beach only a few steps away this home and quiet neighborhood will be # 1on my list for our next vacation to PCB.

We enjoyed our stay. The proximity and access to the beach is one of the highlights. The house fit our family of 4 adults and 2 teenagers very well. We had a few hiccups, but Dave was very responsive. We will definitely consider another stay at a future date.

PCB Beach vacation

We had 7 adults and two toddlers. The house was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room and the location was superb. We did not even need our wagon or stroller for the beach it was so close! The kids had a ton of fun in the pool and Dave the property manager was very good in handling any issues we had.
