"The people were amazing! We had a fantastic check in (I can’t recall the lovely woman’s name!) and very personable crew - Olivia, Betty, the awesome and very knowledgeable tour by Herbi (sorry forgot the rest of his name) Very kind and helpful group of people. Will definitely return!!"

"Beautiful property and rainforest experience. Make sure to buy the buffet pass because there is only two restaurants (one a bar w snacks and the other buffet). You can book tours inside the resort easily, several tours happen throughout the day so no need to book tours in advance. Bring mosquito spray to protect yourself. "

"The hotel was nice, and staff was great, but a bit noisy there by the railway. The lobby smells too strongly of deodorizer. It's very overwhelming. Some of the food was mediocre, but some good; the coffee very good. The water wasn't very hot in the shower, unfortunately. It was warm, but not hot enough. We were only there for 2 nights, so I put the do not disturb sign on the door and when I returned at the end of the day, I discovered that housekeeping came in anyway to clean the room. I was...

"The hotel was wonderful, check in staff great, view was amazing ( living room furniture could be cleaned) the room was clean house keeping was nice. Now the not so good the staff in the restaurant chose not to serve us on the first day for breakfast day two was the same she looked at me 6 times even after I put my hand up nothing but the people In front and on each side she made sure they had whatever they needed. We were the only black ppl in the restaurant. We did let the hostess know she to us next time sit somewhere else, I told her we would not come back there for breakfast any more. On our last night my daughter wanted to try another restaurant at the hotel called the Petie the gentleman and one of the hostess took the order then I’m assuming went to lunch after waiting 15 minutes to pay the check the person that came to get the card was so nasty and rude I asked if I could see her pen to write in a tip she snatched my card swiped it put it down on the table and walked away. No pen No tip. So would I stay again no if this is excepted from your staff why would I bring my money there. We check out and are now at the JW Marriott.
