"Do not book here. Literally no customer service. Signs are not clear on where the hotel is. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds ever. You’re better off sleeping in a hostel for cheaper. There’s two night clubs that blast music all night; which is what was expected. But the clubs were super lame overall. You’re pretty much in a room with a double bed and that’s all to it. "This hotel exceeded expectations being located within a gated property and the staff was helpful. The surrounding gardens were pretty. Breakfast is only served 7:30-9 so we missed breakfast after a late arrival. The hotel is located near restaurants. The surrounding area is not quiet; however, convenience was worth the noise. You can arrange for private transportation from the airport directly with the hotel, which was helpful. "
