"A fantastic find for our needs. The owner was exceptionally helpful. Central to the city. Great value for money. We had a great room. However a few things to make it better : 1- the oven/microwave didn’t work even after trying a few times. It needs a master in engineering to make it work. Maybe stick with 2 separate items. 2- Not ideal for light sleepers. Can sadly hear a lot through the walls. 3- although the apartment was clean. I am not too sure the hoover was done. "The apartment was easily accessed with good instructions. Comfortable apartment with plenty of room for 2. Had everything we needed for a short stay and in a great location with easy walking to everything in the city center."

"Great location in city centre but as one street back it was surprisingly quiet (this apartment looks over car park & park at back). Very clean and comfortable. "

"Thought the communal areas were a bit tired. The apartment itself was ok. The beds were really comfortable and the apartment was clean. Only stayed one evening and it was excellent value for money."

"Really good location- good base to explore the surrounding areas from- Greeted by Richard who showed us around explaining everything we needed to know and told us some places to visit and eat. The accommodation is first class and highly recommended. Very clean with good appliances from washing machine to toaster. Very comfortable seating to view the large tv along with the comfortable beds in both rooms. We will certainly be booking again in the near future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "

"Room was very well kept, parking outside was permit only so can only park outside overnight. Everything was clean, however very strong smell in bathroom where previous renter had been smoking. "

Asked them if I can get in the apartment when I was just an hour and half earlier than the check in time. But there was no cooperation had to wait outside with my luggage until time reached. "

"Lovely place to stay! Right in city centre, the place itself has everything you need- well equipped from plates, pans and hairdryer to a washing machine/dryer. The TV even has Netflix. Very nice and clean and great communication from the company on how to check in etc or if there is a problem."

"Avoid at all cost, many great hotels within 100 meters of this property. The check in instructions were not sent to us, nobody from the property answered multiple attempts at communicating. Weeks after, still waiting for a refund, terrible experience from both the property and Expedia"

"The staff were attentive, helpful & very friendly. The building is beautiful. My only recommendations would be that there needs to be a shelf or tray of some kind in the shower to put toiletries on, and the stool at the dressing table is too low for me to be able to see the mirror otherwise very clean & beautiful room. "

"This was our second stay at this hotel as a family. We decided to come back again at the same time of year again as it was so lovely and festive for Christmas. The staff are all amazing, so friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is so lovely and has great facilities. We will absolutely stay again next week for our festive family break. "
