"The location and roof top views here amazing. The room was a bit small but ok for us. The bed sheets were smelly and dirty. A better explanation on how the housekeeping works would be great. I paid for cleaning when I booked it for 2 days I asked how housekeeping works and was told to call a number if I needed anything so I did call and they wanted to charge me for extra towels toilet paper and cleaning again, so I just said no because I already paid. No entanto, o serviço de atendimento digital é péssimo e o processo de check-in extremamente desorganizado. A limpeza é péssima. "I would live in this hotel if I could! The staff is extraordinarily helpful, the design is next level, and the comfort too. I feel very lucky to have stayed at this Rosewood and, if I come back to SP, I will never stay anywhere else but here!"

Enjoyable six-night stay.

"I highly recommend this hotel to other travelers. It is conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants, art galleries, theaters, malls, and historical sites. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. It offers various dishes suitable for people from different countries. While most hotel employees do not speak English, which is common for hotels in Brazil, they still make an effort to assist foreign guests and ensure a pleasant stay. As a New Yorker from the USA, I had a wonderful six-night stay here and plan to return during my future trips to São Paulo."

great hotel in a great neighborhood

"The place was clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a great setup. I would definitely return in a heartbeat. The only area that needs improvement is the pool— the water wasn't very clean. Other than that, the reception staff was young but very helpful. They took the time to assist with my luggage when there were no other customers waiting. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area. It's a wonderful neighborhood, and I had a great experience overall. Thank you"
