Está en una muy buena comunicación muy cerca del centro de Palma a 15 minutos y con conexión a una autopista principal que une los sitios más importantes de Mallrca.
Tiene 2 aires acondicionados en la habitación y en el salón que dispone de un gran sofá de 1. 60x200 cm
Incluye plaza de aparcamiento incluida en el precio, te ahorraras mas de 1 hora puedes tardar en encontrar un aparcamiento de noche en la ciudad de palma es muy dificil aparcar el coche de noche....
La propiedad está ubicada en una calle muy cerca de las paradas de autobús y carretera. Allí puedes encontrar restaurantes, tiendas y parque infantil.
El aeropuerto está a una distancia de 15 minutos en coche.
Tienes una playa más cercana Can pere Antoni a 20 minutos dando un bonito paseo o 5 minutos en coche.

Cute apartment, lovely owners. It's located away from the tourist area which is a refreshing change, and only 30min walk to the city or major transport interchanges.

Would stay there again!
The apartment was lovely with all the amenities we needed, and more! The facilities were very modern and comfortable. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, and only a text away if we ever had a question. The apartment was a good 30 min walk away from the main area of Palma and (in the other direction) the city beach, but for the price, the walk was no big deal! Though you would want to mind yourself or not walk alone if coming home late. The parking option was excellent, especially since you really should rent a car at least for a few days to see the rest of Mallorca -- it was 100% convenient -- and we rented from the place the owner recommended and had an excellent experience with that as well. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone, and would be happy to stay there again myself! Thanks so much to the lovely owners!

Great cosy stay in Palma. Place was clean, has airco, has own (secured) parking place that you can access anytime (big win in Mallorca) and is recently renovated.
Stayed here with my wife and baby, perfect location if you want to visit Palma and need to be close to the airport. Would recommend!
