With a living room with panoramic views of the sea, a kitchenette equipped with everything you need, a bedroom and a bathroom, the light-flooded vacation flat is the perfect hideaway for a couple to enjoy a romantic get-away.

The Mediterranean garden shaded by palm trees has a 32-m² pool and covered terrace with seating area and a stunning sea view and provides for relaxing holidays. The holiday home has a private entrance and is located next to the summer house of the landlords who are happy to answer all your questions and to give you tips for excursions.

Shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés as well as the bay Cala Major can be reached in 15 minutes on foot or in 5 minutes by car. The nearest bus stop (bus 46) from where you can go to Palma and the beach is directly on your doorstep.

The pool is shared with a maximum of 3 other people.
Due to the conditions at the pool, no children are welcome on the property.
There is no baby cot available.
Check-in after 11 pm is subject to a fee to be paid upon arrival.
The electricity fee amount will only be taken as a deposit to ensure a responsible consumption. If consumption is responsible the deposit will be returned upon check-out.
