very convenient location. We loved that the property was next to tennis and padel courts. Breakfast and dinner also exceeded our expectations as the food was fresh and with variety. We appreciated this as we had food constraints. Overall, the bar and restaurant staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Deilig opphold hos Hotel Luxor
Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold hos dette hotellet. Personalet (spesielt housekeeping, de var helt fantastiske) var serviceinnstilt og hjelpsom. Frokosten var god med godt utvalg, og bassengområdet var bra! Hele hotellet var veldig rent og pent. Kan absolutt anbefale! Eneste minuset er at sengene er veldig harde og putene flate, men dette venner man seg fort til ;)

Personalmangel. Personal in Reception war nicht aufmerksam. Nicht immer freie Plätze im Restaurant, man musste warten für den freien Tisch. Obwohl das Hotel als „Adults only“ gezeichnet ist, waren zu viele Familien mit kleinen Kindern, die schon ab 6 Uhr morgens im Flur laut weinten und Lärm machten. Mangelhafte Zimmerservice. Das Buffet war nicht jeden Tag frisch, zu wenig Auswahl. Alles in allem ist es kein 4 Sterne Hotel, höchstens 2 Sterne. Sehr enttäuschend.

L'Hotel è abbastanza carino ma bisognerebbe fare qualche lavoro di manutenzione in più, è pur sempre un 4 stelle ! Nota negativa è il personale maschile, mai troppo empatico e spesso in difficoltà con la lingua inglese. La mattina della partenza abbiamo avuto anche una brutta esperienza con un inserviente abbastanza giovane che avevamo già visto il giorno prima al bar esterno. Alle 8 stavamo entrando nella sala della colazione e ci ha placcati in modo veramente arrogante e maleducato al punto tale che pure una sua collega all'interno gli ha detto di essere cortese. Gli ho risposto per le rime e promesso una mail in direzione, non si pretende la riverenza ma la cortesia si !!! Ci sono dei criteri minimi per ogni lavoro e questo ragazzo non li possiede assolutamente. Personale femminile molto cordiale e sempre con il sorriso.
