Due to the local regulation, it is forbidden to disturb the rest and peace of neighbors and pedestrians. Thus, loud noises are not allowed from 11 pm to 10 am. For the same reason, the property is intended for families and quiet groups. Please note that parties and loud gatherings are strictly forbidden. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund. For the previously mentioned reasons, only guests over 25 years old can check-in.
