The villa Sa Pradera is located just outside of Palma in a well-connected location, which invites you for a multifaceted holiday. Equipped with high-quality furniture, the holiday home offers the ideal blend of typical Majorcan atmosphere and modern luxury. It has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with a single bed and a pull-out bed) and 2 bathrooms (one of them en suite) and can accommodate 6 people. The family-friendly accommodation also features Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV, 2 baby cots and 2 highchairs for children. In the fenced outdoor area with a well-kept lawn, a covered terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue area, sun loungers and a 25 m² large pool you can enjoy relaxing holidays in complete privacy. The villa is ideally connected to the infrastructure as it is close to the highway and you can reach shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and café in Sant Jordi in only 3 minutes by car. The airport of Palma is only a few kilometers away and can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The wide sandy beach near Palma, with its lively promenade, is 6 km away and it takes less than 10 minutes by car to get there.
Cyclists are welcome! There is also a small workshop on the property so that you can take care of your bicycles if needed.
Parking for 2 cars is available on the property.
Guests under 25 years old are not allowed.
Due to the short distance to airport and the road nearby, the property can unfortunately be loud during the day, although its ideal location and pool and great amenities make up for this.
House rules:
- The use of our towels on the beach is strictly forbidden.
- When leaving the property, please check that all lights and air conditioning are turned off.
- Please empty the garbage regularly.
- Pets and smoking are not allowed.
Every Wednesday at 12 noon the gardeners come to maintain the garden and clean the pool.
Please note: Parties are not allowed. We ask you to lower the volume after 11 pm out of consideration for your neighbors and to stop listening to loud music. Please note that the deposit must be paid 7 days prior to the arrival date and it must be done by bank transfer. Please contact the homeowner after the booking is completed to receive the bank details.
