Freshly remodeled and redecorated in 2018, this four-bedroom property will bring comfort and ease to your next Palm Springs retreat. Step inside to find custom lighting, ceramic tile throughout the main living areas, bamboo floors in the bedrooms, and polished stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The living room is accented by a 55-inch Smart UHD TV with surround sound, a Bose SoundLink Bluetooth Speaker, and a cozy fireplace, while the adjacent game room features a custom eight-foot pool table. Spend your days swimming in the private pool, unwinding in the spillover spa, and napping in the sunshine on the cushioned lounge chairs. At night, you'll find three bedrooms in the main house - one with a king-size bed, one with a queen-size bed, and one with two double beds. The separate casita houses the fourth bedroom and the third bathroom, offering a king-size bed, a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a Keurig.

You'll be ideally located close to downtown Palm Springs, with Palm Canyon Drive - home to wonderful restaurants, shops, art galleries, theaters, and all sorts of nightlife - just one mile west. Travel with ease to and from Palm Springs International Airport (less than two miles east), take a quick drive to reach a number of renowned golf courses within minutes, or spend your days hiking in Tahquitz Canyon (three miles southwest) and Indian Canyons (six miles south). One of the best views in the desert also awaits atop the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway seven miles west.

People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Security camera details: Two surveillance cameras are installed at this property: One is a doorbell Ring camera that faces the street and the front walkway. The second camera is on the north side of the home and points towards the garbage/recycle containers and side gate entrance. Both cameras stay on 24 hours a day.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 72 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
