The Space:
This stunning three-story oceanfront home, known as PELICAN BEACH, epitomizes coastal living with its breathtaking ocean views and ample balconies for all guests to soak in the picturesque surroundings. Designed with larger families in mind, this exquisite dwelling offers multiple gathering spaces, both indoors and outdoors, making it the perfect retreat for creating unforgettable memories. From the expansive living room, you can enjoy panoramic views of the ocean where dolphins and migrating Right Whales can often be spotted, particularly towards the end of November.

Professionally decorated in serene blue and white hues, every room embodies a comfortable yet elegant coastal vibe, enhanced by an abundance of windows that invite the ocean scenery indoors. The living area features a large-screen smart TV, ensuring family entertainment after a day of beach adventures. Ideal for larger groups, this property provides numerous spaces to relax and unwind together.

This magnificent property boasts six spacious bedrooms across three floors, easily accommodating large families and groups. The first floor features a self-contained suite with a king-size bed, bathroom, and mini kitchen, providing privacy and convenience for its occupants. Additional sleeping arrangements on this level include a family room with a smart TV and a second bedroom equipped with a twin and a double bunker bed. Ascend to the second floor, where you will find three more inviting bedrooms, including a primary suite with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, alongside another queen and king bedroom that share a well-appointed bathroom. The third-floor loft area offers an additional queen-size bed, perfect for extra guests or children.

Guest Access:

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap. Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of kitchen paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. BBQ gas grill is available to use. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Trash days are Monday & Thursday.             
Lawn care takes place on Mondays.
 
Check-out time by 10:00 am.

Before departing, Please do the following:

- Remove bedding and towels and leave in the laundry room
- Load & start dishwasher
- Take the trash out to the garage.
- Please check for leftover items, and don't forget your electronics and chargers.
- Turn all the lights on and close the door.

Enjoy the tranquility of a beach with no public parking, ensuring a quiet and uncrowded experience. Relax and unwind in this idyllic coastal haven, where you can truly escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Getting Around:
We recommend you bring your own car. We have plenty of parking in front of the house. Uber is available.

Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.
