"The location was in a small alpine village with stunning views. There were walks from the door and easy access to cable cars for mountain walks and lakes. The hotel was immaculate and inkeeping with local tradition. The service was excellent and staff went above and beyond, even providing us with a breakfast bag on our departure day. There is a restaurant on site which served traditional german food which again was amazing."

Very walkable to the center of the small town, past cows quietly grazing with the mountains in the background. We reserved the suite and it was HUGE! "The best hotel I have stayed in for a long time. A large, spotless, comfortable, quiet room and bathroom, a huge range at the breakfast buffet and a beautiful location near Salzburg. The only complaints were the reluctance of the host to carry our small luggage up 2 flights of stairs, climbing the 2 flights of stairs when disabled and the dirty mark on one hand towel. The positives definitely outweighed the negatives. You need a car. "
