"This is a wonderful modern hotel. The room was great, great views. Friendly staff. An awesome wellness area. Great dinners and the breakfast was amazing. They will pick you up and take you to the train station for a fee. Easy to get there by taking the gondola to Furi and then a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Would love to go again!!"

"We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well prepared every morning with plenty of options. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing we wished was included was a hot tub in the spa. Overall great experience and would definitely come back. "

"the spa is amazing and very nice breakfast. Overall , it's a very nice hotel to stay. but the service was a bit chaotic for us. we waited at the taxi station for more than 20 mins, no one came to pick us up, despite we called several times. we walked to the hotel with our luggages, the reception staff just explained that they were busy. I know you might be busy, but you could explain to me on the phone, or offer something alternative."

"The Hotel Helvetia was perfect for my short stay in Zermatt. I had read many of the previous reviews so I was prepared. The hotel is a short 5 minute walk from the train station, there is no elevator and my room was quite small but had a balcony overlooking the street filled with people. The hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants. This hotel was quite reasonably priced and in a great location."

"It was a very comfortable hotel - we thought they could have made the hot water, hot coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate available 24/7 as a few other hotels we've stayed at had done. Personnel was most helpful. Rooms were very clean and well-kept. Location worked out very well for us. There were some concerns in our group about what constituted a "room with a view" of the Matterhorn.....? of the city? of the neighborhood? That could be clarified in the hotel site. "The hotel is in a brilliant location for Stressa itself and for the boats to the Islands. The hotels interior is very Palatial, we expected it to be some what Palatial it was vastly more than we expected. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was lovely."

"We had a wonderful stay in this house, beautiful decorations and layout of a really comfortable house for the four of us to relaxing. A small pretty village to walk around, and it isn’t far to drive to good restaurants and bars. Der Strand ist nicht eit weg, vielleicht 15-20 min zu Fuß. Es ist abgeschlossenes Gelände. Das kann man auf einem zur Wohnung gehörigen überdachten Parkplatz abstellen.
