"Everything was really good. The upgrades of the property from the Lexington are nice. 2 things: for the 3rd year in a row for April 1 week visits, the hot tub was broken or under repair. Not good for a ski trip. If the tub is that much of a problem, they should just tear it out and rebuild it with a new one. To have this happen 3 yrs in a row, for the same dates, is inexcusable. Perhaps this is when they schedule an end-of-winter cleaning...this is also inexcusable. Many people still come to...

"Check was a little bit of an issue and my husband and I had to come back 3 time to finally get checked in. We had a VIP room, which was just a view of the mountain. No microwave in the room. The Hot tube amenity was a flop as the jets barely came on and the water leave seemed low. There was another hotel that had kitchens and views of the Elk refuge that was cheaper. The grounds of the resort seemed to need some clean up, but maybe it was the season. None of the fire pit were kept up except...

"I purchased two rooms with king size beds, and they ended up over booking. We got one room with a king size bed, and one room with two queens (they considered the two queens as an upgrade) it was just me and my husband in that room so two beds was unnecessary. Other than that our stay there was wonderful. We come every year for the Hill climbs and this is where we usually stay."
