"Very cool neighborhood, near lots of cool spots (less than 2 block walk from bars, CVS, bodegas, bakeries, you name it). The property itself has tons of beds, a cool living room/kitchen area, it is very clean, and it had all the necessaries (towels, towel paper, blankets). 9 guys stayed here and we had more than enough room. Will come back if we have another bachelor party"

Communication with our host was easy, directions to find the apartment were clear and we ate several great meals within blocks of our apartment. Everything you need is here, so don't hesitate. Also just 3 blocks to the nearest subway and tons of great Korean food in the neighborhood."

"I wanted to take my 13-year old twins and 77-year old mom on a Christmas Vacation. It was my twins first trip EVER and my mom hasn’t been to New York in ages. There is simply no better time to visit than Christmas. "i did get a few cockroaches during my stay, there was a burn on the wall near the stove that scared me as a needed to use the stove in the kitchen it made me refrain from using so was difficult. there were no paper towels i had to buy some. Stated on Vrbo that you had a blow dryer so i did not bring mine and there was not one to be found. Dishwasher took three tries to use and looks as though the door itself to it was broken upon arrival. Getting the key in such a weird position didn’t feel safe...
