"This is a dream VRBO for NYC! The apartment is exactly as pictured. The location was absolutely amazing with restaurants and stores all around and easy to get to the subway, as well as walking to cool stuff. I was impressed how quiet it is at night since the apartment is off a courtyard, set back from the street. The shower was amazingly good - great water pressure and loads of hot water. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The communication with the landlord was...

"We loved this apartment because it's what we needed for our trip. It is small but very quiet and well-maintained. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the mornings and we also liked the bottle of wine they offered us. It has a small backyard we could not use because of the weather. The subway is really close and we'd love to come back in the future. "

"i did get a few cockroaches during my stay, there was a burn on the wall near the stove that scared me as a needed to use the stove in the kitchen it made me refrain from using so was difficult. there were no paper towels i had to buy some. Stated on Vrbo that you had a blow dryer so i did not bring mine and there was not one to be found. Dishwasher took three tries to use and looks as though the door itself to it was broken upon arrival. Getting the key in such a weird position didn’t feel safe...

"Amazing views! This a great condo to spend your time in NYC. Easy walking distance to Times Square and the subway. Has everything you need to cook and is very close to coffee shops and other restaurants. The best part, however, is the great city views both day and night. "

"This apartment was very easy to find, on the first floor, which made it super easy to get and out of, and very clean. The beds were comfortable. Location was super for walking wherever we wanted to go. And access to the subway was close enough to make even those sites farther away more accessible. Overall, an excellent stay, and we really appreciate this Location. "
