Alice's House (villa in Mondello)

Through a covered loggia with a comfortable bench you will enter the living room with a sofa bed, a hammock and a table for 8 people. The living room leads to the kitchen and corridors, which opens into the bathrooms and bedrooms. The rooms are two doubles and one with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet and tub and the other bathroom has a toilet, a sink and a shower. Inside there are iron, washing machine, dishwasher, wall safe, coffee maker. The house is equipped with a water treatment plant water supply. Upon your arrival you will find water, iced tea and milk. The garden will be at your disposal a gazebo with table and chairs, a barbecue and a swing.
The villa is semi-detached with common access from the road but completely independent access from the private garden.
The house is 150 m from the sea, 20 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the port and 20 minutes from the station.

The owner, Angelo, is a friendly intelligent man, who wishes his guests a pleasant. The property is clean and relatively modern with a strikingly lovely lush yard. The property is a short walk to the beach where I enjoyed regular peaceful early morning swims

So schön!
Wohnung im Erdgeschoss einer kleinen Villa im Mondello mit traumhaftem (!) Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzbereichen und Grill. 5 Minuten die Straße runter ist die Bucht von Mondello, direkt am Fuß des Monte Pellegrino, ruhiges Villenviertel, Busverbindung in die Stadt. Super Kommunikation.

Excellent
Belle location ombragée et très bien située dans Mondello. A 5 minutes de la mer transparente à 27degres! Angelo est très serviable et aux petits soins. C’est la première fois qu’on nous accompagne pour faire les courses (nous n’avions pas loué de voiture) et qu’on nous fait visiter la ville. Un grand merci pour cet accueil à Angelo, Il manquerait peut-être un micro onde pour parfaire la location. Par contre, il y a un souci d’évacuation au niveau des wc, on nous a demandé de ne rien y jeter et de mettre nos papiers toilette dans une poubelle. Il faudrait vite trouver une solution plus hygiénique et plus confortable pour le confort des vacanciers.... De merveilleuses vacances, location recommandée fortement ! Merci Angelo pour votre hospitalité !

La casa é davvero perfetta, ubicata vicino alla spiaggia e con tutto quello che occorre per trascorrere una vacanza in relax (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, TV, WiFi, Bagno e doccia, climatizzatori). Tutto questo è stato accompagnato da una STRABILIANTE disponibilità di Angelo e Margherita che ci hanno coccolati e aiutati con le nostre esigenze come la spondina del letto per il nostro bebè e tanto, tanto altro. La consiglio vivamente.
