"We had a fantastic stay at Ballarattik. We enjoyed the property (clean and pretty), the delicious breakfast on the terrace (with a breathtaking view onto the city) and the top level service and hospitality. Our host Rosario made our stay in Palermo very enjoyable, with prompt communication and sharing greats tips and stories about the city. I will happily be back next time I am in Palermo."

"The host was very gracious. The bedroom was comfortable. The bathroom was not within the suite but next to the room and it was solely ours. The host lives in the apartment in another area so it does feel private. There was 1 other couple there but we only interacted with them at breakfast one morning. "From the moment we arrived we had a great time. Our room ‘Norma’ was perfect with fantastic views over Via Maqueda. Lovely Romina was so helpful, making recommendations of restaurants / areas to visit and reservations for us. The facility of nearby parking was really beneficial. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!"

"Everything was great! Room, location, staff, everything. The only one thing to keep in mind is the location is on a busy street so there will be some street noise. However, it didn't impact our sleep and the hotel provided earplugs in the room (were there without asking when we arrived). We did not even have to use the earplugs but one night I almost put them in. Would highly recommend"

"The reciews for this place are not fair. Its really nice. You have paid parking right behind the hotel. Minute walk away. The rooms are really nice and clean. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Really all that you would want."

"Honestly we could not have chosen a better hotel for our first trip to Sicily. We are more enchanted with Palermo and Sicily than we could have imagined. The room was perfect and we made good use of our balcony with the gorgeous view. We loved the rooftop restaurant and breakfast was always nice. I will miss my cappuccinos with pretty hearts that always made me smile. The location was perfect and we enjoyed just walking around and surprising and enjoying local food. The grocery store and ATM were very accessible as well. Thanks!!"

"Our stay at the Hotel Wagner was wonderful. Roberto & Wimm at the front desk was extremely helpful. They helped us arrange rides to & from the hotel. Davide was also very helpful during our breakfast. Everyone we encountered was extremely cordial & respectful in helping our stay be memorable. "

"The property was lovely and we particularly enjoyed the Juliette balcony in our room (Morgana) on the top floor. It is also a couple of blocks away from the main street, so quiet while still being accessible to everywhere you want to be. Breakfast is served in a delightful outdoor space. And the staff could not have tried any harder to ensure our stay was wonderful. Five stars."
