"We stayed at the property for one night and overall had a good experience however the amenities did not meet the 4 star hotel expectations. Staff were great, location is beautiful, room was spacious and quiet however the hair dryer was barely working and the hotel did not have hair conditioner in the room or spa area. For a 4 star hotel experience you would expect this to be available at least in the spa. When we asked the reception if there is any hair conditioner in the building we were told...

"We had a delightful stay at this hotel in Palanga. The location is conveniently situated a short 10-minute drive from the city center, perfect for beach outings or enjoying walks and bike rides. The rooms are exceptionally clean and feature comfortable beds. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities, including the saunas and pool. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We would definitely choose to stay here again. "

"Our stay was in late November there were few other guests the friendly staff ( All of Them ) were eager to engage and we had a hard time prior to arrival so their attention and delight rubbed off on us . We didnt need anything that day, but the following day would have been nice since i did post clean room two days in a row. Food in the restaurant was very good. Easy walk to the beach.
