"The check in staff and restaurant staff were excellent. House cleaning for the room checked one day regarding cleaning. We didnt need anything that day, but the following day would have been nice since i did post clean room two days in a row. Food in the restaurant was very good. Easy walk to the beach. Parking was cramped "

"We stayed at the property for one night and overall had a good experience however the amenities did not meet the 4 star hotel expectations. Staff were great, location is beautiful, room was spacious and quiet however the hair dryer was barely working and the hotel did not have hair conditioner in the room or spa area. For a 4 star hotel experience you would expect this to be available at least in the spa. When we asked the reception if there is any hair conditioner in the building we were told...

"We had a delightful stay at this hotel in Palanga. The location is conveniently situated a short 10-minute drive from the city center, perfect for beach outings or enjoying walks and bike rides. The rooms are exceptionally clean and feature comfortable beds. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities, including the saunas and pool. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We would definitely choose to stay here again. "

"Our stay was in late November there were few other guests the friendly staff ( All of Them ) were eager to engage and we had a hard time prior to arrival so their attention and delight rubbed off on us . "Hotel has a perfect location, just in the heart of Palanga. We had got a comfortable suite with a balcony to the view on Palangos church. Breakfast has a lot of choices and is really delicious. Morning spa access is a good idea. We had finished our stay here relaxed. The entrance to the underground garage is really steep. You have to drive carefully. But if you are lucky, you can get a street parking next to the building."
