"The house is an absolutely stunning location. Breath taking views every morning, even if the weather did always play ball. There are some lovely areas to walk in and explore nearby and a few very nice local restaurants but these can get booked up very quickly. Even when it was raining we enjoyed our stay as the dense forests provided plenty of cover and there are excellent trips to caves and nearby cities such as Lucca and Barga that are easy drives. I have celiac disease and they were excellent in providing gluten free food. I had crepes, pancakes, and a lovely bread for dinner that was sort of like a thick pita but a bit denser (in a good way). "Beautiful property in an idyllic Tuscan setting. Our three-generation family group relaxed together and had fun. We spent a lot of time in and around the lovely pool, enjoying the beautiful setting. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen thoughtfully equipped. Our hosts were kind and helpful. We enjoyed the Pizza evening and dinner provided by them."
