"The property was comfortable and a beautiful place to stay. It was a beautiful and clean house with a lovely view and gorgeous surroundings! However, the one downfall was the very steep driveway and very narrow street made parking very difficult. Mind you we do not have a four-wheeled drive but without this type of vehicle, I cannot imagine navigating this driveaway without issue. The property owners sent someone to help us as we experienced car issues because of this issue, which helped...

"Peaceful family holiday in a country setting in the outer suburbs of Melbourne. Close to beach and shopping centres. Close to the Botanical Gardens. A Christmas tree was set up for our celebrations, which was a lovely touch. Relaxing pool, and lots to entertain the kids, with play set, cubbie house and trampoline. "

"The cottage is located in beautiful grounds and is very quiet. A track at the end of the street enables you to walk down to the village and enjoy the shops and cafes. The cottage is quite spacious although you need to be aware of some steps in between rooms as it’s easy to trip over them. Although it’s got a kitchen most people wouldn’t bother bringing supplies it would be useful to have some spreads eg peanut butter or jam if your making toast for breakfast."

"Gatehouse cottage was a delight a great little place to get cozy and relax. Great location with lots to do, the cottage was very clean communication was great when needed. Looking forward to coming back for another stay."
