Helped us arrange a trip on a boat to see the caves and rented us a scooter. Absolutely beautiful hotel, recommend highly. Oneynote, it's a 15 min walk to the center of town, or a 5 min scooter ride. They have free bicycles as well if you want to ride. It's not in the middle of everything.. But close enough. And the distance makes it nice and quiet. "

"I had a truly wonderful stay at this property and would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the entire team for their exceptional service. The staff were not only kind and welcoming, but also incredibly honest—a quality that stood out during my visit. On two separate occasions, I accidentally left cash in my clothing sent for laundry, and both times, the front desk promptly contacted me to return it. That level of integrity is rare and deeply appreciated. The only minor downside was a temporary issue with the hot water and the water pressure in the bathroom. Fortunately, the hot water issue was quickly resolved, and it didn’t significantly impact my overall experience. Highly recommended, and I would absolutely stay here again."
