As one of the guests could not make it for the trjp as she was not fit for flying and had to be hospitalised, the hotel refused to make exceptions for amendments to the booking for the emergency situation. "This place has an amazing pool and views of the mountains. However, the place is almost like a ghost town, just like it’s services. There was only one other room being rented out other than the two we rented. Perhaps due to the lack of tourism due to COVID. FD staff who checked us in was lack luster, but the staff that helped us with our luggage was excellent and the breakfast staff was excellent as well. The hotel itself is very outdated (many repairs needed as well) and only one room we rented...

"If you like quite place yes , but it's a little hard to find the hotel cuz they still fixing the road , but everything else was nice , the staff are friendly, polite and honest, one more thing that I like the most is the service, I had a little problem with booking when I check in , but the owner was so kind they solve all the problem faster , yes I would recommend "
