We planned on eating out but for those wanting to eat at home there is little locally for groceries and would need to plan to stop ahead or bring along.With it being a duplex expected some noise. Unfortunately a poor dog was left alone for long periods and cried some of the time"

"Mother/daughter stay for the Mount Dora Arts Festival. Perfect location to be able to walk downtown. Communication with owner and check-in was a breeze. Two people were doable in the unit, but I would say better for a one person stay. I gave 4 stars instead of 5, because there was not a plug outlet in the bathroom. Very hard for 2 women to take a shower & dry hair! Never would have occurred to me there would not be a plug. "

"We had booked this property back in Oct 2023 for our March 2024 holiday in Florida , paying all the money up front in October 2023 through Hotels.com .We received a confirmation number from Hotels.com and no further correspondence . We expected something further even up to the day we left , flying from Canada but assumed(Incorrectly) that the owner would meet us at the property or would send us something.
