"We enjoyed our time in this cozy top floor apartment. It has a nice view of the sea, the church and the fort from a rooftop terrace. Convenient location, close to beach and shops. Small lift in building for 4 floors then two sets of stairs to the apartment. The last staircase is a bit steep and narrow. Bathroom is a tight fit, but has a full shower and nice hot water. Alberto and Nicoletta were very nice hosts with good response to communications and questions!"

"We enjoyed the property, which worked well for our group of 7. It was fairly represented. Our only issue, which did not affect our satisfaction was communication. After checking in we had some questions about use and some supply issues. Each time we called whoever answered indicated they only spoke Italian and hung up. The second number asked that we text, which we did. He responded once and brought an extra key, but never again. We got by and handled ourselves, but would have appreciate better...

"We loved everything about our stay. Ambretta and Bruno were wonderful and met us at the train station to transport our luggage and then took it back again. They also gave us some wine and were always very quick to respond to any questions we had. Location is perfect and we felt right at home. Levanto is the perfect place to stay and visit Cinque Terre. "We stayed 10 days in Rapallo and the accomodation was a typical italian Apartment with A/C, basic kitchen equipment, a very cool rooftop terrace and a balcony. There even was a welcome gift with some food and other helpful Kirchen stuff! The communication with Roberto was easy & helpful, he was available and took care immediatly when we asked. Grocery stores nearby and 10 minute walk everywhere. NO WIFI - and the connection not too good inside the apartment. We had a great stay :) "

" Nous avons réservé 9 jours. Dans l’annonce il n’est pas précisé qu’il faut garer sa voiture plus bas (sur des places réservées aux résidents parfois toute occupées) et monter environ 80 marches. Monter nos affaires à 33 degrés (+ une très forte forte humidité) a été plus que sportif… La communication a d’ailleurs été très compliquée car l’hôte n’était pas présent et ne donnait plus aucune nouvelle à notre arrivée …. 3 heures (de stress) plus tard il nous envoie la vidéo de là où est caché...

"After a train delay and getting a bit lost in the dark in the park, I arrived late for checking in, but Guido sent someone to welcome me to the condo. In the morning I couldn’t believe what a beautiful location! Everything in the condo was comfortable, but the location and views of the condo are what sets it apart. I loved walking on the well-lit passeggiata in the early mornings and at night for dinner. I hope to return soon. "

"Lovely house with incredible views of Rapallo. We did a self check in as we arrived quite late and found it quite easy to find the property and let ourselves in. The house is on a hill top and the road is a bit narrow but doable even in a fairly big car. The house was spotless, clean bedlinen and towels were provided. One of the previous reviews mentioned the oven was broken, we were very pleasantly surprised to find a brand new oven which works perfectly. Overall we had a very nice time and...
