"Close to the Basilica and square. Staff was very nice and helpful. We were able to store our bags and walk around until it was time for our early check in. We had a little balcony that opened up to the canal which was great!! Bathroom was spacious with a deep soaking bathtub. Bed was comfortable as well! Only stayed one night but would definitely stay here again. Property was dated but that is to be expected with a historic building right on a canal."

"We had a wonderful time here, the hotel was conveniently located right across from the boat transportation. Everyone was so very friendly, staff and guests, except the woman who checked us out. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she was very unfriendly. The bartender, Stan, was amazing! His drinks were great and he made the bar fun! Both my husband I said what a different perception we had of the hotel before and after we checked out. It’s amazing the difference one person can make, the whole trip was amazing but she left kind of a bad taste🙁"
