"We picked the villa primarily because of it’s location- we like to be in the country slightly but within easy reach of visits to towns/ harbours and beaches etc. The villa was perfect for this- you’ll obviously need a car but it was an easy 30-40 minutes drive to the coastal towns of Pore, Rovinj and Pula. There is a little cafe/ bar and shop 2 mins drive away and big shops and facilities 5 mins away. So it was perfectly located for exploring the beautiful Istrian peninsula. A highlight for us...

"Very nice little farmhouse with a private pool. Eda is a great host, very friendly and accommodating. She brought us home made jam and local white wine. The house is a great starting point to visit cities nearby, like Triest, Rovinj or Koper (all about a 50-60 km drive away from the house)"

"We stayed in Lina's place for 6 nights late July/early August. The weather was gorgeous and the pool was perfect for our family. We were greeted by Lina who showed us how everything works. She lives next door so is on hand for any issues that arise. She doesn’t speak much English but we got by using hand gestures and Google Translate.
