"As with other reviews the hotel can be difficult to locate as it is off the main road. Initially on entering the hotel I was taken aback by the small size of the reception area. The reception manager was very polite and helpful. Our room was comfortable, large and clean with apartment style facilities. "It was very cute and homely, however the interior design was a little bit outdated but nothing which impacted the stay. The initial directions given were a little bit confusing but once we asked the reception we were guided to the right path. It’s a lovely location with an amazing gelato store very close by as well as a gorgeous church nearby. There are many amenities such as a washer and drying rack and a fully equipped kitchen. "

"Good stay, we enjoyed it! Good things: very clean hotel, nice big & modern room with lots of different equipment included. Hotel staff helpful. Things we didn’t like so much: hotel felt so far away from everything. There is a tram and bus stop right there, including a train station. You have to get multiple trains to get into the centre. "My expectations were set by the description and images which show a terrace and describe multiple rooms. That describes a hotel to me, but what you actually get is a room elsewhere in the town down an alleyway. It was fine, but not what i thought i booked. I never saw the terrace (a big part of the reason i booked) and am not sure it's even there, and nearly didn't find the location for check in as its up a hidden alley off the main street with no clear signage. "Room was spacious though old. "Free" breakfast was very basic, with croissants provided, but coffee had to be bought from a coffee machine. We also found we could not use our power adaptors, as we had a two-point adaptor, which was fine everywhere else in Italy, while the room had three-point power points. Location though was very convenient, with a 10 minute walk to Central Station. "
