"I recommend this place 100%. As you enter the resort the doorman will bang a gong announcing your arrival, which I thought was a funny but welcoming touch. The check-in was effortless and the concierge brought our luggage up to the room. The rooms are big and clean, the beds are very comfy. "Didi and his wife treated us nicely all the way and supported us with helpful information all over the trip and even beyond. The place was super clean and the breakfast superior. We even got a nice Motobike ride with our boy in the village. They also rent bikes to trip around the island or support with long time taxi over the day."

"The location is beautiful and understandable that it is in an ancient rainforest, however it doesn’t excuse the mould in some of the rooms or the hair that was clogging the sinks and showers. On arrival we decided to have lunch as they prepped our room, we found flies in our salads, not one but three. We had a 1.5 year old with us, so you can only imagine our shock when the room smelt of damp. They finally agreed to changing our room to only find more damp growing even on the pictures displayed...

The good about this place: Nothing memorable really, maybe except the nice uniforms of the receptionists.
