"THERE IS hardly and almost NON HOT WATER in the room, bathroom door did not closed and lock, air condition very good, among others negative things that are bringing down my favorite hotel, like we registered 2 adults and 2 kids that we paid for they gives one room and only one bed, we requested xtra bed they want to charge $1000 for it so on, finale they gave us a different room 1 xtra bed no charge, we were short in towels etc. I just hope that the quality improves"
