"I love the design and location of the hotel. I wish there were thicker blankets. And there is a weird sewage smell in the hotel - can notice on the floors (both times I've stayed there) the staff is very friendly! So overall good experience. "

"Jess is fantastic! When I arrived, she was able to get me in a little early, which was appreciated. 1000 stars for Jess! The room was nicely remodeled! The wifi was great, the linens were clean and the water was hot! I also like the eco-friendly soap and lotion dispensers, eliminating all the little disposable bottles. My only critique which is typical of hotels with non-carpeted rooms. They should impose a room mopping program between each guest arrival. When I showered the next day, the bottoms of my feet were brown from the dirt on the floors. A lot of people wear shoes and boots in the rooms, but I don't. I strongly recommend this hotel due to Jess and the value I received. Plus, it's very convenient to I-29. I typically stay on the Omaha side of the river, but due to the convenience, I think Council Bluffs could be a better bet and closer to downtown Omaha, if you want that. "

"The hotel was very nice. We were disappointed the restaurant was closed on Sunday. We didn’t get our Omaha steak, But they did offer a limited menu at the bar. The hamburgers were very good with excellent beef and great salad. The bar tenders very friendly and helpful and there was a lively time watching the football game. The shuttle service was very good. They were friendly and accommodating and started at 4 AM making it easy to get to early morning flights. The coffee shop menu looked good and opens at 5.30 am. Unfortunately we did not have time to eat there. But the kind shuttle driver waited while I got a coffee since we were only passengers. We are elderly and everyone was very helpful. "
