Our room was clean and beautiful, we also paid the extra to get a full breakfast and it was delicious. The only problem I ran into that was a bit frustrating.. my partner and I wanted to extend our stay by adding an extra day but the 2nd women we met in the morning was very rude. "This is a wonderful property. I choose it for the proximity to the beach and walking distance to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Check in was simple and we were delighted with the room and the dining room as well as the lovely sitting room across from our room (Art Deco). Breakfast was delicious and the dining room overlooked the Bay. Every breakfast was different and delicious, and the coffee was good and strong. The staff was friendly also."
